About Me I'm a single parent of a awesome little six-year old girl. I am a peacenik or a treehuger or both. I love volunteering in my community. I love the earth and do what I can to help in any way I can. I also try to teach my young daughter how to care and give back and to be grateful. I recently graduated from school for medical assisting and am now working at a local urgent care facility. I have just signed up for more school to become an RN and later, possibly, a PA. I would like to intermingle the healers craft in with whatever I choose to become so that I don't have to use pills or a knife to get a good, healthy effect.

Movies There are so many movies that are awesome. Some of my favorites would include: anything with Clint Eastwood, anything by Tim Burton, anything with Johnny Depp, anything with Sidney Poitier, anything with Jack Nicholson, Miracle, anything with Bill Murray, Sin City, El Mariachi, Shaun of the Dead, The Lord of the Rings trilogy, the first three Star Wars, old John Carpenter movies, Dog Soldiers, 300, Blues Brothers, Coen brothers movies, Spiderman trilogy, Cheech and Chong movies, the Harry Potter movies, George Romero zombie movies, The Bourne trilogy, both Men in Black movies, Sam Peckinpah movies, anything with Steve Mcqueen....

TV One thing I'm proud of is the fact that I have never ever watched even one episode of that stupid waste of film called 'Baywatch' in my life. I like comedies. I love The Shield, Scrubs, The Nightstalker (the original), Monk, Supernatural, Family Guy, Simpsons, Reaper, American Dad, Futurama, Law and Order: Criminal Intent, House M.D., Ghosthunters (TAPS), Dresden Files, Psych, Survivorman, X-Files, Life, Dexter, Dead Like Me, Just Shoot Me, Home Improvement, Penn and Teller's Bullshit, Burn Notice, Danny Phantom, any kind of Stand-up comedy. Anything on History, Discovery, National Geographic, Animal Planet channels. I also love watching those stupid pedophile bastards getting caught on the 'to catch a predator' show.

Books Favorite authors include: Christopher Moore, Thomas Perry, Jack Kerouac, Hunter S. Thompson, Edward Abbey, Henry Miller, C.S.Lewis, and the writings of Jim Morrison. Louis L'amour is a fun read as is Hemingway. I also enjoyed the Janet Evonavich(?) series about Stehanie Plum, as well as the Jim Butcher books about Harry Dresden. I love all books (except 'true crime' and romance). Support USED bookstores!! READ TO YOUR CHILDREN!!!

Likes I love hockey! Colorado Avalanche is my favorite team but I just love to watch any hockey at all, I don't care if it's high school, college, or NHL. I like football (Green Bay Packers), and soccer also. I love to swim, play darts and pool, go to concerts, museums, camping, gardening (I think it's as close as we can get to God to take care of the earth, and garden), etc.

Dislikes I hate racism and bigotry.

Hobbies I wan't to learn how to play the bass guitar so bad I could scream.
